I am a Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga teacher, Crystal Bowl Sound Healer, Aromatherapist, and Holistic Facialist based in Okehampton, South Devon. I also offer yoga workshops and retreats in Devon, Cambridgeshire and North Essex. With over twenty years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and supporting individuals on their wellness journey.
