My Classes
Gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga a fluid sequence of movements which are synchronised with the breath. The class is grounding and releasing, including a combination of lengthening and strengthening asanas and balances. I start the class with Pranayama (breathwork) and complete the class with a guided meditation while in Savasana.
Yin yoga is a slower practice where postures are held for a longer period of time to induce mental, physical and emotional relaxation. Props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows are often used.
