Punctuality

Please ensure you are on time and at the correct venue, ready for your appointment. If you are running late, your booking may be shortened to prevent Joanna from running late for subsequent bookings. On the rare occasion that Joanna is running late and your entire appointment cannot be accommodated, an alternative time will be offered.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or class, please give as much notice as possible. If a booking is cancelled within 48hrs of the start time, the deposit may be withheld.

In the event of Joanna needing to reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered for the earliest availability. Any paid deposits will be refunded if a suitable appointment/class time cannot be offered.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are redeemable for one year after the issue date. If you are unable to make an appointment within one year, the voucher may be extended beyond this date. This is at Joanna Warren's discretion.

Misconduct

I, Joanna Warren, will always conduct myself in a professional manner. Any behaviour by the client deemed to be inappropriate will result in the immediate termination of the appointment.

Under 16s

Children under sixteen years old will need parental attendance or signed consent before a treatment or class is commenced.

Medical Conditions

Please inform Joanna Warren of any medical conditions including pregnancy or allergies, before the day of the treatment or class so that any modifications can be made. Medical history and details of any medications will be recorded before the start of the treatment or class. These details will be kept securely and only viewed by Joanna Warren, unless permission is granted by the client.

Confidentiality of Data and GDPR

Any personal information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. All information will be stored in a secure location, accessible only by Joanna Warren unless previously agreed by the client. You may occasionally be sent marketing emails of offers, new services or retreats but you can unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking the link within the email.

Payments

All payments need to be made on the day. Large bookings may require a deposit to be paid beforehand (group bookings or multiple treatments/classes) Either cash or bank transfer are accepted.
