A 60-minute open-level class including breathwork, Vinyasa Flow yoga and a guided meditation . Vinyasa Flow focuses on synchronising breath to movement. The recording of the class will be emailed the following day. Modifications will be provided to aid your practice but please contact me if you are unsure if it will suit you.
